Website[RESOLVED] Possible delay or performance issues with email notifications from website
[UPDATE] This issue has been resolved.
We're monitoring an issue with our email notification partner to determine any potential impact an issue they're experiencing may have on email notifications sent from our clients' websites. Note: this does not impact hosted email or email marketing.
We'll post here as we know more.

Email Marketing[RESOLVED] Issues loading the email marketing application
UPDATE: A fix was deployed to restore app loading and navigation; we are continuing to test and monitor, and we will post an update as we have more information.
We have been seeing reports of issues loading the email marketing application and have identified the source of the issue and are in-process with a resolution. We will continue to post updates as we have more information. Some users have reported success refreshing or re-attempting to login load the application.

Email[RESOLVED] Webmail login page loading error
Update: This issue should now be resolved and users should be able to resume email login at email.firespring.com
We are investigating an issue with the webmail login page preventing users from being able to login to that page. We'll post here once we know more or when we've resolved the issue. We've had reports of clients being able to access webmail if refreshing or waiting a minute or two between refresh or login attempts.
Our email host, Rackspace, recommends users access their email via a mail client such as Outlook as a workaround.
