We're investigating reports of email notifications sent from website form submissions going to recipients' spam folders. We recommend adding the following sending IP to your email safelist while we investigate the issue: 188.8.131.52 or to please contact Support if we can assist you with this.
(10/20/20 3:48 PM CT) UPDATE: Our email Engineers have identified a solution that should resolve this issue within 24 hours. Please continue to check your spam/junk folders or view them in webmail at email.firespring.com. Alternately, you can view your Message Center in your Springboard to monitor any incoming form submissions and file transfers.
(10/20/20 5:00 PM CT) UPDATE: Our email Engineers applied a spam reclassification fix that appears to have solved the issue. If you're still experiencing any issues with email notifications going to your spam folder, please contact Support for assistance. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
