We've identified the cause of an issue that is impacting the consistent ability to be able to add or edit website users in the Springboard. Our Engineering team is working on the fix which will be pushed out as soon as possible.
A potential workaround is trying a different browsers (i.e. try Chrome if Firefox isn't working)
