Our IT team has identified probable causes for the issue and are working on fixes. Most Springboards are operating normally again, however we are still seeing some errors. We will update here as we know more!

We are currently investigating a connectivity issue in our system. This issue is causing slowness in many areas of the Springboard and may result in an error message when trying to load pages or files. Our IT team is working to fix this issue ASAP.

EmailEmail Services Update
Email services are running. Some users may experience multiple downloads of messages that were left as copies on the mail server. At this time, there may also be delays in delivery but no messages are lost.

We are still investigating the email issues. Upon further review both POP3 and IMAP can be affected.
