We have deployed a fix for this issue to the system and are not seeing any further errors at this time. We will continue to monitor the issue closely. Please let the support team know if you continue to experience problems.

Springboard Connectivity Issue

Our IT team has identified probable causes for the issue and are working on fixes. Most Springboards are operating normally again, however we are still seeing some errors. We will update here as we know more!

Email Email Services Update

Email services are running. Some users may experience multiple downloads of messages that were left as copies on the mail server. At this time, there may also be delays in delivery but no messages are lost.

We are still investigating the email issues. Upon further review both POP3 and IMAP can be affected.
