We are investigating issues with our Springboard and some public facing websites not loading properly. We will post more information here as it becomes available.

Update: The Springboard and public websites are all running normally. We are investigating the root cause of the original issue in order to prevent this type of outage in the future. If you have questions, please reach out to support at 877.447.8936 or support@firespring.com

Update: Our servers are under very heavy load this morning and our Engineering team is working to identify why that is. We are starting additional servers in the meantime and as those come on line performance issues will subside. Our next update will be at 10am CDT or as more info is available.

Our Engineers have identified the issue for Webmail connectivity and are actively working towards a resolution. Again, this only impacts clients who have migrated to the new webmail system (and not all webmail users on the new system appear to be impacted as well). Mail delivery has not stopped during this time. As soon as the issue has been fixed, we'll post here with an update.
