Springboard Email Notification sending has returned to normal

The email notification issue has been fully resolved and all messages that were in the queue have been sent out. Please contact support at 877.447.8936 or support@firespring.com with any questions or concerns.

Springboard Email notifications returning to normal

The email notification issue has been resolved and we are seeing the last of the messages that were backed up being delivered now. Website Email Notifications not sending

We have identified what is causing our email notifications to not be sent. We are working on fixing the root problem and returning sending back to normal. At this time it looks like all email notifications will be sent once we fix the issue.

Springboard Email Notifications are currently not sending

We are investigating an issue with email notifications not being sent. Our Engineering team is looking at the issue and we will post here with more details as we know them. At this time, we don't believe that any emails are being lost, just delayed from being sent.
