We have identified the underlying issue and will be opening an emergency maintenance window at 7PM CDT to address this. Until completion of the maintenance window the following symptoms may still exist for users:
- Latency when navigating the Webmail interface
- Slowness upon logging in to the Webmail interface
- Delayed email delivery
- Intermittent errors in the Webmail interface
- Messages appearing to be blank in the Webmail interface
The maintenance window will begin on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 7:00 PM CDT and will end upon successful resolution of this issue. At this time we anticipate no loss of data (emails, contacts, calendars, etc.) whatsoever. We will update this page upon completion of the issue, or as new information becomes available.
