Firespring's service provider, Amazon Web Services, is experiencing a file storage issue. This issue is affecting the ability to upload files on forms, inside of the Springboard and within VersaDoc. Additionally, this may affect logos and images from loading on your website. We are monitoring the service and assessing what action, if any, Firespring can take to address the issue. If you receive an error when trying to upload a file, please re-try the upload as the errors are sporadic. Firespring will update this status page as soon as we have more information.
