Email Email sending issues resolved

We have resolved the issue preventing sending email from the group of affected mailboxes. Some affected users will still experience delays of inbound messages until the queued cache of messages has been delivered. Once those queued messages have been delivered, all delays will cease. Email Email sending issue within webmail interface

We are investigating reports of error messages received within our hosted webmail environment. A small subset of users will be met with an error message when attempting to send messages: "An error occurred while sending your message. Please try again shortly". The affected group of users may also notice a delay in receiving messages intended for their mailbox. We will provide more updates as they become available.
