Email Email performance issues

We have been receiving reports of slow performance with email, both through email applications and in the webmail platform at email.firespring.com. We have confirmed with our provider that there are no issues at this time with our email service. Upon further investigation, it appears that there are issues with Spectrum and Comcast internet services nationwide (reported at http://downdetector.com). We are continuing to investigate.
