We have identified the issue causing websites and the Springboard to load slowly or incorrectly. The behavior of the Springboard and websites are returning to normal now. We will be monitoring the situation and will be applying some updates to the database to ensure that this does not happen in the future. We will post more information here as it becomes available.

Email Issue adding attachments in webmail (resolved)

All issues with adding email attachments in the webmail platform have been resolved. Please contact support by calling 877.447.8936 or emailing support@firespring.com with any questions!

Email Issue adding attachments in webmail

We have identified an issue that is going to require emergency maintenance on the email platform. The maintenance window will last for approximately 1 hour.

During this time, users will not be able to send attachments or add attachments to new or reply emails within webmail. This maintenance will not impact messages with attachments that are in the users' inbox, sent folder, trash folder, or any user-created folders. We will post here once the emergency maintenance has been completed.

Our Engineering team is actively investigating a website loading issue. Users may see limited or large portions of their websites not loading correctly. We will post more information here as it becomes available.

Email Issue adding attachments in webmail

We are investigating reported issues of adding attachments to an email inside of the webmail application (found at email.firespring.com). When trying to add an attachment, users are seeing the following error "An error occurred while attaching your file. Please try again shortly."

This issue is not affecting adding attachments via an email application such as Outlook, Mac Mail or Thunderbird. We will post more information here as it becomes available.
