The Email Marketing application is currently down for all users. Scheduled and automated sends are still going out as expected. Our team is working hard to identify the source of the issue and we'll post an update as we get more information.

Email Email Connection issues {Resolved}

Services have been restored through the impacted ISP and we are no longer see reports of connection issues to mailboxes. Please contact support at 877.447.8936 or support@firespring.com with any questions.

Email Email Connection issues

We have received more information about the ISP outage via Comcast's official communication channel:

"One of Comcast’s large backbone network partners had a fiber cut that is impacting Comcast and other ISP providers as well."

We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide more information as we can.

Email Email connection issues

We are seeing reports of clients utilizing a major Internet Service Provider experiencing connectivity issues to our Webmail Sites, Email Help Tool, and some Email Applications. Should you experience such an error, we recommend engaging your ISP to see if you may be impacted by an ongoing service outage in your area. We are working to determine the scope and impact of this outage and will also post more information here as it becomes available.
