Email Webmail Connectivity {Resolved}

Connectivity to the webmail application has been restored. Mail delivery was not impacted during this issue. Please contact support at 877.447.8936 or support@firespring.com with any questions or concerns.

Email Webmail Connectivity

We are investigating an issue preventing access to our webmail platform. Affected users will not be able to connect to their email accounts via webmail, you can still connect to your mailbox via an email application. Mail Delivery is not affected. We will post more information as it becomes available.

Email Scheduled Email Maintenance

We will be conducting scheduled maintenance on our email system. During this time users may experience connectivity issues when accessing their email over IMAP, POP, SMTP, or Webmail. Incoming email delivery will not be affected.

The maintenance is scheduled for Monday, February 18th, 2019 from 22:00 CST to 00:00 CST.
