Phone Support Firespring Phone Systems Down

We are currently investigating an issue with our phone system where callers aren't able to connect through to Firespring. Please email support@firespring.com with any questions or issues we can assist you with. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve the issue with our phone provider.

Scheduled Maintenance - Hosted Email

We will be conducting a scheduled maintenance on our Hosted Email environment Thursday May 2nd from 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm. During this time, users may experience connectivity issues when accessing their email over IMAP, POP, SMTP, or Webmail. Incoming email delivery will not be affected.

VersaDoc VersaDoc Server Issues

The VersaDoc server is experiencing issues that may affect functionality relating to VersaDoc, VersaDoc Studio and processing Print-Ready files.

  1. You may see an error message saying "The server is unavailable during this time." Typically, the server will recover within a few minutes. We suggest you try reproofing or redownloading your file. If the issue persists, please request an edit to the document in the Springboard and state the issue you're experiencing. Our Engineers are working on solutions to improve this issue.

  2. On Print-Ready files, PDFs may display a font embed error message upon opening the PDF with the text on the page appearing as dots. If you're experiencing this issue, please request an edit to the document in the Springboard and our Client Success team will resolve the error and notify you once the document is complete.
