Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice: We have a two-hour system maintenance window scheduled for 7pm Central on January 21. During that window, a small segment of accounts may experience up to 15 minutes of slowness navigating within the application, especially within the audience and response sections. All response data will be accurately reflected when the maintenance completes, and no disruption to the sending of mailings is expected.

Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice: On the evenings of January 14th-16th, we have system maintenance windows scheduled from 7pm until 1am Central nightly. A small segment of accounts may experience slowness in the application or have problems logging in for up to 30 minutes during the maintenance window. While there’s a slight chance of a brief delay in response data displaying in-account, all data will still be collected.
