PaymentSpring will be updating the production systems in AWS/Direct on 11/23/21 between 9pm-11pm CT. Relevant operating systems patches will be applied and systems will be rebooted.
There will be a period during the update where PaymentSpring will be offline/down. The system downtime is expected to be less than five minutes during the entire maintenance widow.
