Email [MONITORING] Webmail Errors

[UPDATE] Monitoring - A solution has been put in place and we are continuing to monitor the issue. More details will be posted as they become available.


We are continuing to investigate an issue that is generating intermittent errors appearing in webmail. Common errors some users may see include: "An Error occurred while sending your message. Please Try Again shortly" and "There was an error processing your request. Please try again shortly." When users receive a pop up they can typically close the message and continue utilizing their mailbox without issue. We'll update here once the issue has been resolved.

Springboard [RESOLVED] Reports of users being unable to access the Springboard

[RESOLVED] This issue has been resolved. Please contact our Support team if you continue to experience any issues.


We're seeing the system return to normal and users are able to get in. We're continuing to monitor and make changes to ensure this is resolved for all users being impacted.


We are investigating reports of users being unable to access the Springboard. Our Engineers are aware and are working on a quick fix. We'll update here once the issue has been resolved.
