Past Incidents

We have received reports of error messages when attempting to access the campaign editor within the email marketing application. The problem has been identified and we hope to have a resolution in place soon. In the meantime, some services and features in our Editor may work intermittently.

Our Engineers are aware of an issue that occurred yesterday afternoon during an update that caused error messages to occur for some users and website visitors. We’re investigating the issue and will provide more information here once we know more. Currently, all systems are operational.
