Past Incidents

As of May 17, 2023, one-time verification has been automatically enabled on the Email Marketing platform. This new security process will be triggered only when you log in to your account from an unrecognized device or address. When triggered, simply follow the prompts. If your email address is one you are not able to access, contact your Firespring Support team.

We will be performing a server update Monday night, May 15th, at 10:00 pm CT. There is no expected downtime during this update, however, all Springboard and website portal users will be logged out of existing sessions and will need to log back in to resume access. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
