Email Email Issue on Legacy Email Server Resolved

Overnight our IT team and our hosting center's Engineering team resolved the email deliverability and connectivity issues that were affecting our legacy email server. At this time all systems are running normally!

Email Intermittent Email issues for Legacy Email Servers

Our IT team and the hosting center Engineering team have made some adjustments to the mitigation methods in use during these malicious attempts. We are seeing mail flowing and a large back up of messages are being delivered now as well. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and post more info here as it becomes available.

Again, this does not affect those who have migrated email to our new email platform. This issue is only affecting those on our legacy email servers at this time.

Email Intermittent Email issues for Legacy Email Servers

The data center that hosts our legacy email servers is experiencing some malicious attacks (DDoS attacks) at this time. This activity is causing intermittent connection issues for email traffic, both incoming and outgoing. Our IT team is working with the Engineering team for the data center to mitigate risks from these attacks while allowing legitimate traffic through. We will continue to work to address this issue and post new information here as it becomes available.

This does not affect those who have migrated email to our new email platform. This issue is only affecting those on our legacy email servers at this time.
