Springboard Email Notifications and Responses are sending normally again

We have identified and fixed the issue causing the delay of email notifications and responses and we have resumed sending. The system is currently working to send all of the emails that were in the backlog as well as new emails. We expect this to be all finished by the end of business today. Springboard Email Notifications being delayed

We are continuing to investigate issues with email notifications and responses being delayed. Please note that these messages are not being lost, they are in a backlog and will be delivered when this issue is resolved. The message center in the Springboard will have up to date information about all orders, donations and other transactions through your website. Please check there often to ensure nothing is missed.

Springboard Email Notifications Being Delayed

Our Engineering team is investigating some delays for Email Notifications and Email Responses from forms and checkouts as well as file transfer and online proofing from the Springboard. The notifications and responses are being delivered after a delay. We will post here as we know more information.
