VersaDoc Firespring Third Party CRM Is Currently Down (Impacts VersaDoc and Knowledge Articles)

We are currently experiencing an outage with our third party Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This may impact our team's response time for emails sent to support@firespring.com and will impact our response time on requests to VersaDoc items (new documents and edit requests) and it also affects access to our online support knowledge articles. Our IT team is working with our CRM partner to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please contact our Client Success team at 877-447-8936 with any questions or if you need immediate assistance.

Email Scheduled Email Maintenance

We will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the authentication services in our hosted email environment on Wednesday, May 15th from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm CST. During this time, users may experience intermittent failed authentication attempts when accessing their email over IMAP, POP, SMTP, or Webmail.

Incoming email delivery and Hosted Exchange Outlook/OWA clients will not be impacted.

Credit Card Processing PaymentSpring Credit Card Processing - Cannot Submit Payment Information

We've identified an issue with users being unable to select/submit payment information on client websites utilizing the PaymentSpring payment gateway. This is a top priority for our team and our Engineers are actively working to resolve the issue.
