Phone Support Reports of static during phone calls and poor audio quality

Update: We've been able to restore outbound calling functionality to the phone systems, so if you're experiencing a static phone call or a degradation of audio quality, our teams have been asked to let callers know we can end the call and call you right back, which should resolve any phone performance issues.


Our IT team is investigating reports of static during calls and poor voice quality. This is likely related to the issue our phone service provider was experiencing yesterday. Phone Support [UPDATE: FIXED] Phone Support is currently down due to provider technical difficulties

Email Marketing Scheduled Maintenance: Email Marketing (1 hour beginning Saturday 9/25/21 at 6:00 PM)

On Saturday, 9/25, at 6:00pm CST, we will be upgrading our email marketing accounts database. This will cause the application to be inaccessible during the time of the upgrade, which we anticipate being less than one hour.

Scheduled and automated mailings should run normally during this time, as the database being updated only affects the ability to use the application.

We will be monitoring and testing during and after the upgrade to ensure everything returns to normal working order.
