Email Marketing Email Marketing Planned Database Maintenance - May cause temporary app slowness or downtime (1/27/22 5:00 pm CT)

Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice: At 5:00pm Central on 1/27/2022, we will be performing some planned database updates on the Firespring Email Marketing application.

During this time, users may experience app slowness or temporarily be unable to access the app. Access to the Audience API may also be delayed during this time. We will do everything in our power to keep this impact to a minimum, and mailing sending will be unaffected.

Springboard [RESOLVED] Springboard loading issues resulting in orange error screen

[UPDATE] This issue is resolved. Users should be able to refresh to return to Springboard access. You should not need to log out and log back in, but may need to try that if you are experiencing any issues or still seeing the orange screen.

We're investigating an issue causing the Springboard to fail to load, resulting in an an orange error screen. We're investigating the cause and will update here once we have it fixed.
