Email Marketing [FIXED] Intermittent Email Marketing issue preventing campaigns to load properly (including drafts)

The issues should now be resolved. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

We are investigating issues where the Email Marketing email editor and draft campaigns are intermittently not loading. As a possible workaround, please try refreshing your browser if the page doesn't load.

Springboard Sporadic errors when adding and editing website users in the Springboard

We've identified the cause of an issue that is impacting the consistent ability to be able to add or edit website users in the Springboard. Our Engineering team is working on the fix which will be pushed out as soon as possible.

A potential workaround is trying a different browsers (i.e. try Chrome if Firefox isn't working)

  • [RESOLVED] We deployed a resolution to errors seen when adding or editing users in Springboard. Some users may initially experience the same error result. If so, go to your browser settings or tools area and clear (content) cache/clear data. Refresh and try the same action of adding or editing user.
