Email should be of normal status for all mailboxes. Some users may need to close and re-open their email clients. For webmail, at most a refresh or cache clear may be necessary before attempting to login.
Our team is currently investigating reports of issues with email primarily associate with usernames/password errors.
As a possible workaround, you can try logging in to webmail at email.firespring.com, though we're receiving mixed reports as some mailboxes can't be accessed or results in an error message ("An error occurred while logging into your email account. Please try again shortly."
