[Resolved] A solution has been put in place. Users are now able to connect their webmail. We are still investigating the incident posted Wednesday, September 13, regarding website form submissions and expected email notifications & responses.

We are aware of some issues related to webmail. Users may experience some login issues and/or other errors related to sending & receiving. At this time the issues seem to be limited to webmail. Other POP/IMAP email programs like Outlook, MacMail, etc are unaffected.

Our team is aware of issues related to emails not arriving/being delayed from form/order submissions on our websites. This issue doesn't occur frequently and may only impact a handful of websites. Our team is investigating the root cause of this. For now, if you notice you are being impacted by this known issue, please reach out to our support team. We also recommend you check your message center to stay up to date on any form/order submissions.
