Phone Support [RESOLVED] Dropped calls and unable to contact Firespring by phone

[Update]: Phone systems are once again operational.


We are investigating an issue resulting in dropped calls and failed attempts to contact us by phone. If you have difficulties reaching us by phone and need to contact our support team, you can:

  1. Review our online 24/7 support resources from your Springboard found under the Support > 'FAQs' link (or go to firespring.com/client-area).
  2. Submit a contact form from your Springboard under the Support > 'Contact Us' link.
  3. Email us at support@firespring.com
  4. Contact support using the chat feature in your Springboard to chat online with our support team (this channel is currently based on availability of our team members). Our chat bot can help you navigate some common FAQ and troubleshooting issues.

PaymentSpring Credit Card Processing [RESOLVED] Possible AWS outage affecting PaymentSpring systems

[UPDATE] This issue has been resolved.

PaymentSpring is reporting a possible AWS outage that is impacting the ability to process charge requests. This may be impacting access to all PaymentSpring systems and submitting payments through websites. Customers may have transactions delayed or not processed. Charge requests may timeout or they may process after a significant delay. Number of requests impacted is undertermined at this time. Access to any PaymentSpring Portal or Dashboard may be limited or not accessible at all.

Website NOTE: Client websites, Springboard, and related applications are NOT impacted by Log4J vulnerability

Regarding the Log4J vulnerability taking the internet by storm, we wanted to let you know that the your website, the Springboard, and related applications are NOT impacted by the Log4J vulnerability that was discovered late last week/over the weekend.

Log4J is a java logging framework and we don’t use java in any of our applications.

PaymentSpring Credit Card Processing PaymentSpring Maintenance Update on 12/15 (9:30PM - 11:30PM CT)

This release will include updates to PaymentSpring's ACH validation service. During this deployment, there will be a window of approximately 5 minutes where the ACH validation service will be unavailable and ACH validation requests will fail.
