Email [Resolved] Delayed Email and Response Notifications Delay for Submissions Between 9/19-9/20

[Resolved] Our team has identified and resolved an issue in regards to form submissions, email notifications, and file transfers that occurred between 9/19-9/20 being delayed in delivery. This issue is now resolved.

[Resolved] Delayed Email Delivery Notification

[Resolved] The issue below has been resolved. Late and duplicate emails should have only arrived in inboxes on 9/19 for the date range of 9/1-9/5.

Our team has identified an issue with email notifications reaching mailboxes. This impacting is for emails that were supposed to be delivered between 9/1/23-9/5/23.

You may receive late emails arriving in your mailbox or you may receive duplicate emails arriving in your mailbox.

We suggest looking at your Springboard Message Center to make sure you aren't missing any form/file transfer submissions as this area is not impacted by this.

[Resolved] An issue identified by our team in which Print Ready Files weren't processing has now been resolved.

Email [Resolved] Webmail

[Resolved] A solution has been put in place. Users are now able to connect their webmail. We are still investigating the incident posted Wednesday, September 13, regarding website form submissions and expected email notifications & responses.


We are aware of some issues related to webmail. Users may experience some login issues and/or other errors related to sending & receiving. At this time the issues seem to be limited to webmail. Other POP/IMAP email programs like Outlook, MacMail, etc are unaffected.
