Regarding the Log4J vulnerability taking the internet by storm, we wanted to let you know that the your website, the Springboard, and related applications are NOT impacted by the Log4J vulnerability that was discovered late last week/over the weekend.

Log4J is a java logging framework and we don’t use java in any of our applications.

PaymentSpring Credit Card Processing PaymentSpring Maintenance Update on 12/15 (9:30PM - 11:30PM CT)

This release will include updates to PaymentSpring's ACH validation service. During this deployment, there will be a window of approximately 5 minutes where the ACH validation service will be unavailable and ACH validation requests will fail.

PaymentSpring Credit Card Processing [RESOLVED] Potential issue with PaymentSpring ACH validation

[UPDATE] This issue has been resolved.


The PaymentSpring team is currently researching an issue with the ACH validation service. All teams are actively engaged and researching the issue and potential impact. We'll update here as we know more.

PaymentSpring Credit Card Processing [RESOLVED] AWS outage is impacting PaymentSpring's ability to process charge requests on payments

UPDATE: Resolved. Amazon Web Services has restored their services and PaymentSpring has confirmed that their systems are now functioning as expected.


Amazon Web Services (AWS) is currently experiencing an issue that is impacting PaymentSpring and preventing charge requests for payments. Our Engineers and PaymentSpring are aware of the issue and will update here as we know more from AWS on the solution.

If you have an alternate gateway like PayPal or Authorize.net, you can switch your payment gateway to one of these providers in your Springboard's website settings > payment gateways area.

Email Marketing [RESOLVED/MONITORING] Email Marketing Platform Issues

UPDATE: AWS services are being restored, and we're continuing to monitor the application.


UPDATE: Our teams have identified that the issue is related to a third-party service provider, and we are currently working towards a resolution. Please continue to stay tuned for updates.
